Meet our teaching staff

When you enrol with Star Student, we start by assigning you a qualified, experienced primary teacher who finds out about you, your child and your way of life before we start devising a programme. That teacher is then your primary point of contact on a weekly and monthly basis.

All our teachers are highly qualified with UK teaching degrees and

• Have at least 5 years' primary school teaching experience
• Have proven track records
• Are based across the UK
• Are capable all-round, but some specialise in specific areas such as Mathematics, English and particular aspects of special needs
• Are carefully matched to students
• Are CRB checked by Star Student
• Are regularly monitored for performance by the Head Teacher and external consultants (at our Head Office we can see all communication by Star Student Teacher and parent/child)
• Are recruited for their excellent communication skills and ability to relate to your needs as well as those of your children
• Offer a top class service

All our teachers are recruited, interviewed and supervised by our Head Teacher, Mary Brennan.
